Computer Repair Rates
- On-site or In-Shop — $95/hour (1 hour minimum)
- Remote Repair — $95/hour (1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter)
- Same-day urgent service call — $125/hour (1 hour minimum)
- Off-hours onsite work — $125/hour (1 hour minimum)
A cancellation fee of $47.50 (30-minute charge) will be assessed for any cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice!
Travel Fees
- Waimea Town — $15
- Kanehoa/Anekona — $20
- Waikoloa village — $25
- Kohala Coast — $35
- Honokaa — $35
- Waipio Area— travel time based on hourly rate
- North Kohala — travel time based on hourly rate
- Kona — travel time based on hourly rate
- Same Day Urgent Repairs — travel time based on hourly rate
